We have received nothing but excellent care from Dr. Murdoch and his staff. Their pricing is fair and reasonable. Their hospital is clean. They have a baby changing station in their restroom which can be difficult to find at a vets office but helps us take care of both our human & dog babies. Being able to book online is so convenient. They’ve checked me out in the exam room which has been a big help since I have both kids & dogs with me. It’s clear that Dr. Murdoch & his staff love what they do!
We brought our 12-year-old English bulldog to Magnolia after being concerned with the care she was receiving from a different vet. We called and were able to get an appointment within the hour. Dr. Murdock patiently listened to all of our concerns and came up with a plan to address the issue. All of the staff was super nice and responsive. We are so relieved to have found a great vet in the area!
I was not happy with the care of my dog he needed surgery but the vet kept putting it off my dog got septic then had to be put down that was a 1000 . But the vet also said he could help me with my goats I was happy about that I called for some meds to save her life he said bring her in lol a 200lbs heavy breed die not stable to come in so I went in to talk to him he said he only dies cats and dogs lol we have enough cat and dog vets he needs to go else were. I would never go back to him ever....he was happy to take my 1000. Dollars and my dog died and wouldn't help my goat.
Today was our first time here, and let me say, they are all absolutely amazing. We will be visiting again soon for more care, but as of right now, I highly recommend this location for those with their animal babies. Even though we had to make ANOTHER trip again in the same day due to my husky who couldn't help himself, they were truly accommodating for what we needed today. I'm so glad we tried this place ❤️
Have had such a great experience here for my dog Tucker. He had his first puppy appointment and all his shots here and we just love them all! Such a great vet and staff! Couldn’t say anything better, good pricing, great attitudes, very helpful, love them
Great place! Went to have my dog checked for rash Dr. Murdock was able to get a script and take care of the rash! Katie and Jen are also fantastic. Will definitely be back!
Walked in on a chance with a barn kitty with a nasty abscess and were seen. (I was on my way to a vet in S. HSV.) We were very well taken care of, not dismissive because he was just a barn cat. Clean clinic, clear explanations, what to watch for if follow up was needed. Very professional. I’ll be going back.
Dr. Murdock & staff are extremely caring. Took time to assess our elder cat & her needs & is taking a gentle approach with her treatment. We're extremely glad Dr. Murdock opened his vet practice in our community. They're a real asset to Meridianville.
Super nice staff and an awesome vet who went above and beyond with my sick fur baby. The office was clean, the vet listened/showed compassion and the price did not break the bank! We will be switching over care from another local vet to Magnolia. Super thankful this place is so close & it was so easy to get in. You guys rock!
